YAKOV SMIRNOFF IS A LEGEND
 IN AMERICAN COMEDY.

After escaping communist Soviet Union in the 1977, Yakov came to the United States with nothing

but a dream. Before even learning the language, Yakov humbly began working as a bartender at

the famous Grossinger’s Catskill Resort in New York, where he started telling jokes to his

customers each night. As his English improved, he quickly grew in popularity. He made a daring

move to Hollywood where the owner of The Comedy Store, Mitzi Shore, spotted him and advised

him to stay. She told him, “There is always a place for good and different.”

His lovable view of life through the eyes of a poor immigrant captured the hearts of America. He

soared to the top of the comedy world, performing on “The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson”

and countless other television programs, including as a regular character on “Night Court.” He

became a star of his very own show, named after his famous catchphrase, “What a Country!”

Yakov branched out to the big screen where he starred in movies with Tom Hanks, Robin

Williams, Richard Pryor, Meryl Streep, and Jack Nicholson, to name a few. In 2016 and 2017 his

TV special “Happily ever laughter” was voted “The best special” on PBS.

He has given command performances for 4 US presidents.

Yakov Smirnoff is an iconic comedian, movie star, best-selling author and most recently, an

educator, when he earned a master’s degree in psychology from the University of Pennsylvania,

after which he became a professor at Missouri State University. His latest accomplishment is a

doctoral degree in Global Leadership from Pepperdine University.

Living a life that is as exciting as ever, Yakov has married his sweetheart, currently has his very

own 2000 seat theater in Branson, Missouri, and tours the world doing stand-up Comedy at

performing arts centers.

Inspired by his higher education in psychology and global leadership he is currently writing a

book, “Unconscious Attraction: Why does the wrong person feel so right?”

With the heart of a dreamer, Yakov Smirnoff has made the impossible possible and continues to

inspire others with his message that America is still, “What a Country!” Keep an eye out for a

In addition, he’s been featured on Comedy Central and Netflix by Kevin Hart, the Late Late Show with James Corden, After Midnight with Taylor Tomlinson, Fox, Hulu and can regularly be heard on Sirius Radio XM. challenges his cushy upbringing through punch-heavy material. Lucas has
appeared in SF Sketchfest and the New York Comedy Festival. He’s been
featured in the New York Times, appeared as a guest on Amazon Prime
Video’s Sports Talk, and is a tour opener for Ashley Gavin. In 2022,
Lucas began headlining comedy clubs nationally, including the Helium and
Zanies in Chicago, where he sold out 8 shows. For no particular reason,
he also earned an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Damon Wayans Jr is an American actor, comedian and writer. Widely known for as his the character of character Coach on New Girl on Fox and before that as Brad Williams in the ABC sitcom Happy Endings for which he was nominated for the Critics' Choice Award for Best Supporting Actor. In 2014, he starred in the comedy film Let's Be Cops, and provided the voice of Wasabi in Big Hero 6 which Won an Oscar for Best Animated Feature Film of the Year for the 2015 Academy Awards.  Wayans Jr. made his film debut when he was cast in his father's feature
film of 1994, Blankman, playing Young Kevin. He later appeared on his father's sitcom My Wife and Kids as John, one of Junior's friends. He
later worked as a staff writer on the series. In fact, the character of Junior was loosely based on Wayans Jr. himself! He appeared in and served as a writer on The Underground. Wayans Jr. also surprised audiences when he garnered a standing ovation during his debut appearance on Def Comedy Jam. Vincent Bryant is an Atlanta based comedian/writer/actor that is originally from St.Louis. After cutting his teeth in Chicago, Vincent went on to be selected as a JFL new face in 2018. He made his television debut on Comedy Centrals Hart of The City and has made appearance on Gotham Live and recently “Dont Tell”. He has worked with Ms. Pat, Leonard Outs and countless others on the road. He's also written on the Emmy nominated "The Ms. Pat Show" on BET+ and Shea Serrano's "Primo" for Freevee. Yannis Pappas is a stand-up comedian, podcaster and TV host. He’s a regular on The Joe Rogan Experience, Tim Dillon Show, Your Mom’s House, 2 Bears 1 Cave, Bad Friends and Tigerbelly. His insanely popular podcast LongDays with Yannis Pappas is available on YouTube and wherever you listen to podcasts. His previous podcast History Hyenas with Chris Distefano is also available on Youtube and wherever you listen to podcasts. Native Metro Detroiter, Joe Dombrowski took the world by storm in 2017 with a viral April Fools’ Day spelling test prank that landed him multiple appearances on the Ellen DeGeneres show. Don't get it twisted though! It takes at least 20 years to be an overnight sensation! Joe has been doing stand up comedy since he was eight years old in his third grade talent show. He's never stopped! Since Joe rise to fame, he has been traveling the globe with his stand-up comedy which often highlights his outrageous family dynamics and of course his time as a former elementary school teacher. Joe has been featured as a headlining act at the Just For Laughs comedy festival in Montreal, The New York comedy festival and the Netflix Is a Joke Fest. Joe is also incredibly humbled to be hosting a monthly show at the world famous Comedy Story in Los Angeles. Casey Rocket is an Austin-based comedian risen from the ashes of the speed freaks who came before
him.
A southern belle by nature, Rocket’s comedy career began in the pool halls of South Georgia before his
riff-flowers blossomed in the fertile soil of the Atlanta comedy scene.
Since moving to Texas in 2021, The Crab Man went from living in his Ford Escape to winning the
inaugural Austin Comedy Competition. After his stinky little victory, Daft Rocket (as no one calls him)
successfully auditioned to join the first class of Door Guys at Joe Rogan’s Comedy Mothership, where he
performed alongside some of the biggest names in comedy. In early 2024, Rocket was named as the
newest regular on Kill Tony.
Over the eons, Daft Rocket has brought his unique brand of drug-fueled nonsense comedy to SXSW,
Skankfest Vegas, the Boston Comedy Festival, Aloha Comedy Festival, and many more.
